Yogurberry Australia is seeking a Store Manager to oversee our corporate frozen yogurt stores in Woden. This permanent full-time role offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader to drive store performance, maintain brand standards, and develop high-performing teams.

As a key leader, you will work closely with the Area Manager to implement strategies that enhance efficiency, customer experience, and overall business success. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a strong operational mindset, and excel in motivating teams, we want to hear from you.

About the Role

Lead and support store staff to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional customer experience.

Drive sales, brand standards, and operational efficiency through regular store visits, coaching, and performance audits.

Oversee staffing, training, inventory, and compliance with food safety regulations.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement process improvements to enhance store performance.

Act as the key link between Yogurberry Head Office and store teams, ensuring alignment and clear communication.

Who We Are Looking For

✔ Store management experience in retail or food & beverage

✔ Background in a fast-paced environment; franchise experience is a plus

✔ Strong leadership, coaching, and problem-solving skills

✔ Proven track record in performance analysis, strategy implementation, and KPI achievement

✔ Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English; Mandarin and/or Korean highly regarded

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $48,916.62 - $79,446.57 per year

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- On call
- Public holidays
- Shift work
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Performance bonus

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
