Boilermakers required in Gepps Cross

**Your new company**
Our client started out as a small contractor over 20 years ago and they are now one of the leading Construction organisations in Australia. They are renowned for their expertise in manufacturing Architectural and Grey precast concrete panels, as well as Drainage and Structural elements.

**Your new role**
This role will have you structural welding in a workshop, just outside the city.

You will be required to start work at 4am, sometimes 5am and depending on workload, you will finish anywhere from 2pm to 4pm. A half working day is required on Saturday and you will see yourself finishing mid-morning.

Starting as early as 4am adds penalty rates for the first hour of work and after 8-10 hours of work, you will accrue extra penalties.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Boilermaker/Welder Qualifications or extensive work history

**What you'll get in return**
- 6-day working week
- Overtime available
- Daily attendance pay (just for turning up to work each day)
- Permanent position after a 3 to 6-month probationary period
