About the role
The Listings Officer role reports to the Manager, Listings and will work closely with individual Listings Coordinator to provide essential administrative support to deliver critical Tribunal priorities including Service Transformation and the Residential Tenancies Backlog Recovery Program.

**The Listings Officer will**:

- Perform a wide variety of administrative tasks to assist the Listings coordinators in efficient caseflow management utilising various scheduling systems and listings processes
- Work collaboratively across the broader Hearing Services teams, providing assistance where required ie: clerking duties
- Pivot and reprioritise scheduled work to provide assistance to achieve the daily demands of the team
