We provide a home for people requiring all levels of care. The organisation is highly regarded in the community. We currently have vacancies for casual and part-time cleaners at our Aged Care Facility in Frankston.

We are seeking experienced Cleaners to join our supportive team.

If you have previous experience in cleaning and/or the ability to provide cleaning services in a residential aged care or similar setting and have the ability to use cleaning equipment to required standards and timelines, then we would like to hear from you.

You need to have a positive attitude towards older people. Also, to be aware and complete with health and safety and infection control standards. You need to have good communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team and individually. You need to be able to organise and manage your routine and workload.

You are required to have the following:

- Recent experience as a cleaner is (essential)
- Knowledge of how to use floor scrubbers (desirable)
- Previous experience in hospital and/or aged care environmental services (desirable)
- Good time management and prioritisation skills
- You have excellent attention to detail, use initiative and are flexible
- Physical capability to undertake the role
- You work in a team environment and communicate effectively with the multidisciplinary team
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current valid Australian work rights
- Mandatory Vaccination Evidence for Health Care Workers (Covid-19 and Influenza)
- Excellent communication skills, including fluent English, both verbal and written.
- Working knowledge of Health and Safety and Infection Control
