**Job position purpose and function**: To provide satisfactory service to Taylan key clients, the team management of an allocated team of cleaners. Overseeing the successful operation of job sites and reporting discrepancies and anomalies to the Managing Director and Business Operations Manager. **Key Duties & Responsibilities**: - **Include but are not limited to: -**_ - Day to day running of the team of allocated cleaners - Reading of job site notes and requirements of clients via the ‘ZenMaid’ App - Ensuring that schedules are kept and the time management of the team of allocated cleaners - Completing timesheets of the team of allocated cleaners and submission to management - Ensuring the quality of works undertaken by your allocated team of cleaners - Training of your allocated team of cleaners where and when required - Providing detailed reports of consumables required at each job site and completing the appropriate order form to be signed off by Taylan Management - Openly communicating with Taylan Staff and Management via the Facebook Messenger "Taylan Staff" chat - Providing photographs and descriptions of job sites before commencement & after completion to Taylan Management - Reporting to management any short-comings by your allocated team of cleaners and reporting anything that may be of concern that may impact the reputation and efficient day to day running of Taylan - Receiving communication from Key clients and relaying their requirements and comments to Taylan Management - Ensuring at all times to not negatively impact the reputation of Taylan - Updating and entering notes for job sites as required on ZenMaid via the Zenmaid App - Anything else that is asked of you within reason by Taylan Management **Requirements**: 2+ years of cleaning experience within a commercial and residential cleaning role Ability to efficiently manage people and provide constructive feedback and training to cleaners where and when required Open, clear and concise communication and a proven ability to manage staff members, the ability to think on your feet. Computer/Phone skills to be able to efficiently manage the work calendar and enter notes onto Taylan's CRM 'ZenMaid' **Job Type**: Casual **Salary**: $30.50 per hour Schedule: - Afternoon shift - Day shift - Morning shift - Public holidays - Weekend availability Ability to commute/relocate: - BARRACK HEIGHTS, NSW 2528: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required) **Experience**: - Cleaning: 1 year (preferred) Licence/Certification: - National Police Certificate (preferred) - Driver Licence (preferred) Work Authorisation: - Australia (preferred) Work Location: One location
