**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist lead teachers in implementing daily lesson plans and educational activities.
- Supervise and engage children in play, guiding their social and emotional development.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for all children.
- Help with daily routines, including meals, nap time, and transitions.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff.
- Support children with individual needs and foster an inclusive atmosphere.

**Qualifications**:

- Certificate 3 in Early childhood education and care or diploma
- Previous experience working with young children in a preschool or daycare setting is a plus.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Patient, nurturing, and enthusiastic about working with young children.
- Background check and CPR/First Aid certification required (or willingness to obtain).
- Working With Children Check
