TeamKids has a full-time, permanent Director of Service vacancy in a **Caulfield, 3161.**

**The role**:
This role is permanent and full-time with some flexibility for working from home in between service times. You will start off with a 5-week induction program to set you up for success, with incredible support from a Mentor, and Regional Manager.
- Build a fantastic relationship with your school and be an active member within the school and local community
- Enjoy autonomy and creative freedom to plan and deliver enriching experiences everyday
- Foster “GENUINE” relationships with children and their families
- Manage and roster your team of passionate educators
- Manage service compliance and medical documentation
- Be the glue that connects TeamKids with your school community

**Service Specific**
- Service operating times: 7:00am - 9:00am, 2:30pm - 6:15pm plus 9.25 hours admin.
- Large Service with strong relationship with school.
- Short walk to Caulfield Park and coffee shops
- Set up / pack up space
- Newly renovated kitchen and office space
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment, and you are still a big kid at heart
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident interpersonal skills, no matter if you’re talking with a child, their parent, one of your team or the school Principal
- Strong problem-solving skills and can-do attitude
- You are a natural leader with an eye for detail
- Have a genuine interest in creating enriching experiences for primary-aged children
- You are energetic, enthusiastic and love to have FUN
