You must be comfortable with talking to strangers on the phone both in person and on the phone as well as a self-starter. Being “organised” should be a top priority in your life and must be able to multitask and prioritise projects, while simultaneously meeting deadlines and prioritising your day.

We are a single-clinic private practice and pride ourselves on being able to give each person who comes through our door dedicated, hands-on treatment, with an allocated slot solely for them to work through the issues they are facing.

Our patient-centred focus has allowed us to grow rapidly and we now have a great position for a talented patient care co-ordinator to help us serve even more people. We are small enough to provide that personal touch, and rapidly growing to become the physiotherapy clinic of choice in Sunshine.

**WHAT WE DO**:
As a company, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional patient care, offering 30 min and 60 min appointments on a regular basis to our patients as they need and choose.

In this role you’ll be helping our practice to continue to grow and provide a world class physiotherapy service to more patients in our community. **Remuneration**:
**We’ll pay you an attractive above-award salary of $55,000 - $60,000 including super and employment benefits.**

**Responsibilities and Activities**:

- Do everything possible to get the best outcome for every patient
- Communicate the value of our services (in person and on the phone) and be able to explain how what we do, is worth the price we are asking
- Successfully handle price objections
- Hold a lengthy (at least 15-20 minute) conversation with new patients on the phone ensuring that patients are committed and bought into our service
- Provide an exceptional waiting room environment for our patients that they’ll look forward to coming back to
- Ensure that people who call requesting appointments are placed on schedule and understand the true time and cost commitment involved in physiotherapy
