Bartender/server

Bartender:
As a Bartender at Arriba Arriba Mexican, you’ll be an integral part of our dining experience, responsible for crafting and serving a variety of drinks, from classic cocktails to our signature beverages. Key responsibilities include:

- Mixing, garnishing, and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to company specifications.
- Engaging with customers, taking orders, and making recommendations.
- Maintaining a clean and organised bar area.
- Managing liquor supplies and inventory.
- Ensuring compliance with all alcohol regulations.

Server:
As a Server, you will provide an exceptional dining experience by offering personalized service to our guests. Responsibilities include:

- Greeting guests and presenting the menu.
- Taking and serving food and drink orders.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and handling any inquiries or complaints.
- Processing payments and maintaining a clean dining area.
- Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service.

Applicants should have excellent customer service skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Evening shift
- Rotating roster
