**_We’d love to hear from people with: _**
- A minimum of two years’ experience as a shift supervisor in a hospitality environment
- A proactive, enthusiastic, hands-on attitude
- Open availability on weeknights and weekends
- The ability to pick up a broad skillset (box office attendant, digital projectionist, barista, bartender, cinema cleaner)
- Strong communication and leadership skills; the ability to work unsupervised and self-directed
- The ability to work under time constraints in a fast-paced environment
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate

**_Responsibilities include: _**
- Directing a small team responsible for ticket collection, food and beverage ordering and in-cinema service
- Providing strong customer service to nurture an excellent guest experience
- Preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Managing and assisting with in-cinema food and beverage delivery service
- Opening and closing the venue
- Operating our digital projectors
- Liaising with the Front of House manager to oversee shift staffing and wage budgets

**_Hours of Work: _**
- Our general opening hours are between 9:00am to 1:00am.
- The Assistant Front of House Manager will manage the close of the venue up to five times per week (5 x 8 hour shifts - 40 hours per week). This position may also involve opening shifts and mid-shifts.
- This role involves a strong engagement with front of house operations and requires you to be on your feet

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
