Don’t miss this opportunity to join the leading beverage company in Australia. Asahi Beverages is currently looking for a** Warehouse Forklift Operator** to join our team at **Abbotsford**. In this role, you’ll contribute to the efficient operation of our warehouse by ensuring the safe and effective handling of goods.
**Please note**: This is a Fixed Term Contract role on a **rotating shift roster** covering days, afternoons and nights. You must be available to **start on the** **30th of September** and have full availability until the contract end period after Easter next year. The ability to work overtime is highly regarded.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Operating a forklift, licensed to operate a minimum of a 4500 kg forklift truck
- Maintaining a safe work environment for yourself and your colleagues, including the use of correct PPE and reporting of safety incident/injuries
- General warehouse duties, including stacking, tipping, cleaning, picking of loads, quality checks, and general computer-based activities
**About You**:
You'll be a great fit for the role if you:
- Have demonstrated experience in a Manufacturing environment, ideally operating a Twin Tyne Attachment Forklift
- Are familiar with using RF scanners and computers or computerized control panels
- Are logical and systematic in your approach to work, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Are flexible, adaptable, and can work unsupervised as well as part of a team
- Possess a positive attitude and a desire to learn, with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities to improve safety, quality, and efficiency
- Uphold the highest standards of respect, teamwork, integrity, and consistency in the workplace
