**Childcare Room Leaders (Multiple)**

**We are looking to hire at our recently renovated modern Centre at Beecroft**

Our recently renovated Centre at Beecroft is a 34 place and equipped with the most modern and up to date equipment and is about to open soon. Our friendly team are committed to providing the highest quality care and education to all of our children and we need a passionate Early Childhood Room Leaders/educators to join us

Smart Cookies team is looking hire a number of passionate and enthusiastic Early Childhood Room Leaders to lead our room educators.

**Essential**:

- As the Room Leader, you will be expected to have had previous experience across all ages of children 0 - 6 years or have a good knowledge in a similar role.
- Possess sound understanding and experience in programming and planning for that age category.
- Experience in Completing Observations and Portfolios for children in your room.
- Have excellent time management skills and able to work with minimum supervision and able to use own initiatives.
- Good knowledge of the NQS & EYLF including Assessment & Rating.
- Knowledge in how to contribute to and implement a QIP.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Sound computer skills.
- Be looking to commit to a long-term role.

**Qualifications and Skills **Required**:

- Must have a Diploma in early childhood. Applicants who are have a bachelor of ECT will be highly regarded.
- Current Working with Children Check.
- Hold current First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management Certificates.
- Completed Child Protection Training.
