**Donald Swimming** is looking for an enthusiastic **Swim School Coordinator** to join our team on a permanent part-time basis at our Everton Park pool. This position guarantees a minimum of 20 hours per week, with the opportunity for additional hours.

**About the Role**

The Swim School Coordinator is responsible for the smooth operation of our swim school and facility. This role involves a balance of customer service, staff management, and hands-on teaching support.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily operations of the swim school and facility
- Monitor student attendance, assess progress, and provide feedback to families
- Assist with Learn to Swim, Junior Squads, and School Swimming where required
- Maintain high facility standards, including daily water testing and recording results
- Manage staff rosters, timesheets, and provide cover when needed
- Report directly to Donald Swimming management

**Requirements**:

- Previous swim school experience (teaching from beginners through to junior squad level)
- Current Swimming Teacher qualification
- Current CPR certification
- Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organisational and leadership skills
