Align Pilates Studio in East Ivanhoe is a boutique Pilates studio offering classes in Clinical, Reformer, Barre, Pre / Post natal and Wunda Chair. With our small class sizes we aim to provide a welcoming and inclusive space where each client receives individual care and attention from our team. We have being operating since 2016 and have established classes with dedicated clientele.

**PILATES INSTRUCTOR ROLE**

We are looking for someone who is reliable, organised, a dedicated team player and committed to delivering exceptional classes to our clients. This role involves taking over an existing schedule of 2 - 3 shifts per week. As part of your role we offer weekly mentoring sessions to continue to grow your professional skills, set career goals, and provide guidance to help you thrive in your role.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Ability to create dynamic classes that still have a strong focus on technique.
- Structure classes to cater for all abilities and make modifications for injuries where required.
- Comfortable working with other instructors to develop programs for shared clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
- Be a positive, professional and punctual team member.
- Commitment to ongoing education and attending workshops within the Pilates / health community.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Pilates Certification
- Experience teaching face to face clients
- First aid certificate

**Job Types**: Part-time, Subcontract

**Salary**: $40.00 - $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission
