**About the opportunity?**

Y Victoria is currently seeking a permanent Coordinator for our Before and After School Care service at Buln Buln Primary School. This is a permanent part-time position (_32.5 h_ours per week) with working hours from _Monday to Friday 7am - 10.30 and 3pm to 6pm_, with ample administration time during the day.

The hourly rate for the position is **$35** (ACECQA approved Diploma or equivalent) and **$41** p/hour (ACECQA Approved Degree or equivalent) + ECEC retention payment + 12% super.

OSHC Coordinators are responsible for:

- Overseeing the daily operations and strategic development and growth of the program;
- Working with the Regional OSHC Coordinator to identify and respond to service improvement opportunities;
- Creating a positive relationship with the school, families, local community groups and contract partners;
- Managing a team of educators who support you in operating a high quality and fun Outside of School Hours Care program

**What do you need?**
- You’ll need to have either completed or be working towards a Diploma or tertiary-level qualification as determined by ACECQA (see the link below)
- You’ll need to have, or be willing to obtain a First Aid in an Education & Care Setting certificate (or equivalent)
- You’ll need to have, or be willing to obtain a valid Victorian Working with Children’s Check - employee check
- You’ll need to have, or be willing to obtain a Food Safety Supervisor certificate within the first month of your employment
