**Description**:
About the role
This opportunity is a casual role, working up to 38 hours per week plus some overtime if needed. Monday to Friday between 3:00pm to 11:00pm at our new egg grading facility in Hallam.
Reporting directly to the Production Manager, this role will be working as a team to complete the following responsibilities:

- Perform pre-operative checks and equipment set up to ensure production timelines run to schedule
- Prepare, load, grade and pack eggs, replenish packaging in accordance to work instructions
- Prepare, label, stack finished boxes
- Machine operation and trouble shooting
- Perform on-line Quality checks
- Cleaning and basic maintenance of machines and equipment
- Carry out factory cleaning tasks after the production including but not limited to machine, equipment, parts, staff amenities, office, outdoor area
- Assist in other areas of the facility when required

**Skills and Experiences**:
**To be successful in this role, you will need**:

- Previous experience with process work in the food industry, FMCG background preferred
- Strong work ethic with a proactive attitude
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment
- Ability to safely follow all work instructions
- Unrestricted work right with one year and above before expiry
- Good verbal communication and reliable transport for commute
- Fit to lift 12-15kg eggs and work in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and willingness to learn new things
- Willing to carry out all cleaning tasks
- Be flexible for Day Shift 6pm to 4pm other time spread if required
- Forklift Licence (Desired)
