Family Farm Meat MarketIs seeking a Full Time Qualified Butcher to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Cut, trim, and prepare a wide range of meat cuts.
- Process carcasses into primary and secondary cuts.
- Pack and display products for sale.
- Operate mincers, grinders, mixers, and bandsaws.
- Prepare marinated meats, value-added and ready-to-cook dishes.
- Engage with customers, answer their questions, and provide advice on product selection and preparation.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety standards.

**About You**:

- Qualified Butcher.
- Customer service experience
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Reliable transport.

Pay: $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 38 per week

**Experience**:

- Butchery: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Australian driver's licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
