**About the role**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced **Store Manager** to join our team at HeyTea. Based at our Top Ryde store, You will take ownership of store operations, developing and training team members and support the growth of our stores.

**Skills and experience**:

- Experience in a fast food or beverage industry
- Experience as a team leader
- A passion for delivering high quality and standards of products, and customer service.
- Mandarin Speaking is preferred.

**Role & Responsibilities**

**Staff Management**
- Oversee training, supervision, and performance evaluation of staff.
- Develop and manage weekly staff rosters.
- Track and maintain employee attendance.
- Ensure staff compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Provide ongoing training and updates on new processes, products, and policies.
- Foster open communication, focusing on motivation and teamwork.
- Conduct periodic reviews of staff performance
- Drive profitability and achieve sales targets.
- Oversee inventory control and order placement.
- Assist in training franchisee staff.

Pay: From $28.87 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Commission

**Experience**:

- Leadership: 2 years (preferred)
- Restaurant industry: 2 years (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
