Warehouse Storeperson

Palram Australia is seeking a motivated and organised Warehouse Storeperson to join our team in Cavan, South Australia. This full-time role is crucial in ensuring the efficient and effective management of our warehouse operations.

What you'll be doing
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods and materials
- Pick, pack, and dispatch orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain stock levels and rotation, ensuring optimal inventory management
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and according to procedures
- Wrapping and strapping pallets and products
- Assist with stock takes and cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of warehouse processes and procedures
- Ensure a clean, tidy, and organised warehouse environment
- Assist other staff members with general warehouse tasks
- Following and adhering to all operational health and safety requirements

What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, preferably in a similar role
- Forklift licence with experience lifting oversized items
- Must be able to safely lift and carry heavy items of up to 25kgs
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting and standing for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Comfortable operating warehouse equipment such as an electric strapper, circular saw and bench saw

Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
