**A Retail Store Support Professional, with us, involves**:

- Being based at one of our prestigious showroom locations and providing high quality administrative and customer service support to our team and to our valued customers.
- As a welcoming first impression point in the showroom; greeting and directing customers towards their area of interest.
- Answering phone calls and consulting with customers to help them identify the best solution to their enquiry.
- Supporting the Store Manager and wider team with a variety of administrative and co-ordination tasks to achieve the smoothest running of the showroom and best customer experiences possible.

**Here’s what we’re looking for**:

- Customer service and administrative experience from any frontline facing environment such as Retail, Hospitality, Travel, Contact Centre, Sales..to name a few.
- An adaptable mindset coupled with a willingness to try new things; test and learn mentality.
- Proven multi-tasking skills.
- Exceptional communication skills. You are often described as a good listener.
- The desire to be a key part of a high functioning team.
