**About the Role**

As a casual educator, you’ll play a vital role in fostering safe, respectful, and engaging learning environments for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years. You’ll work alongside passionate colleagues to:

- Build open, trusting relationships with children, families, and educators
- Implement routines and programs that support each child’s emotional and developmental needs
- Create indoor and outdoor spaces that encourage exploration, creativity, and risk-aware play
- Respond to children’s cues with empathy, patience, and professionalism
- Maintain accurate developmental records and uphold all safety and compliance standards
- Champion our commitment to child protection and wellbeing in every interaction

**About You**

We’re looking for educators who bring warmth, professionalism, and a deep commitment to child safety:

- Cert III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education
- Minimum 6-12 months experience in early learning
- Strong understanding of EYLF and NQS
- Current First Aid/CPR/Asthma/Anaphylaxis certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid Working with Children Check, Child Protection Training ideal
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset

Pay: $35.15 - $42.66 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 40 per week
