**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We’re looking for compassionate, reliable individuals to join our **Garden Maintenance Crew**, helping elderly clients maintain their gardens so they can continue living safely and comfortably in their own homes. This is a fixed term full time role to 30/06/2026 with the possibility of on-going work.

**Your Role Will Include**:

- Lawn mowing, hedge trimming, pruning, weeding and general garden upkeep
- Ensuring outdoor areas are safe and accessible
- Building friendly, respectful relationships with elderly clients
- Working independently or as part of a small team

**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**
- Experience in garden or landscape maintenance
- A caring attitude and strong sense of responsibility
- Good communication skills and patience
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
- Driver’s license and reliable transport
- Police check & NSW Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain
- First aid and CPR or willing to obtain
