**What you'll be doing**

Are you looking for an exciting Graduate position in the Media sector? If so, look no further than Future Australia.

We’re looking for a Business Operations Graduate to work across various departments including sales, client services, new business development, account management, and operations.

You will be provided with hands-on experience and a supportive learning environment to give you a fantastic understanding of how a successful business is run. As well as doing your part to help improve revenue and deliver our strategy.

As a Business Operations Graduate, you will have experience with numbers and data and will value opportunities to communicate with customers to delve deeper into finding solutions for them.

You will be based in our Sydney CBD office but will have the flexibility to work from home two days per week. Our office is in the heart of the CBD, with a creative and fun environment, vibrant team and a great work social calendar.

You’ll be part of a dynamic, forward-thinking cross-discipline team that thinks fast As a business, we have seen incredible growth.

**Experience that will put you ahead of the curve**
- An excellent understanding of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Presentation software
- Customer service experience
- An understanding of online marketing and e-commerce
- Listen to a customer’s challenges and ask questions to understand their needs
- Experience presenting at either University or at your current job

The expected range for this role is $45,000 - $60,000 AUD

This is a Hybrid role from our Sydney Office, working three days from the office, two from home
