**The role in a nutshell**:

- Work in a team of diverse individuals, demonstrating initiative in the planning and implementation of activities based on children’s interests
- Ensure a high standard of quality care and children’s safety
- Develop and maintain positive partnerships with families, children and colleagues
- Adhere to SCECS policies and procedures

**To be successful you will**:

- Hold an NSW Working with Children check
- Have 1 year of experience working with children (preferable, not essential)

Qualifications in Children’s Education and Care will be looked upon favourably.
