At **Eden Academy Maddingley, Werribee and Harkness** we operate from 7:00am to 6:30pm and offer a nurturing environment with natural play spaces, open plan rooms filled with natural light, and abundant age-appropriate resources. With both indoor and outdoor play areas, we create the perfect setting for children to explore, grow, and thrive.

This unique casual role would see you working across our 3 beautiful centres located at Maddingley, Werribee and Harkness. You will have **flexibility to work**a variety of days Monday to Friday and to cover various shifts.

**In your role as a Educator**:

- You will **nurture little learners** through playful learning and meaningful connection
- Create engaging environments that spark curiosity and wonder
- Show up with **kindness, creativity, and a can-do spirit** every day
- Communicate with confidence and build lasting bonds with families
- Bring **positive energy** and a team-first attitude to every room
- Work with a team of amazing educators
- **Confidence chatting with kids** of all ages and excited to get to know each one's unique personality

**What You’ll Bring**:

- A **Certificate III** or **Diploma** in Early Childhood Education (or an ACECQA-recognised equivalent)
- A current Working with Children Check
- Full Australian working rights
- A warm, professional presence and a genuine passion for early learning
- Confidence building relationships with children, families, and the community
- Availability to work Monday to Friday across various shift patterns, be on call and at times short notice to cover unplanned leave
