**About the role**

We currently have an opportunity for a receptionist to join our team in Regis Burnside, SA. This is a good role for someone who is outgoing, friendly and who relates well to the elderly. It requires someone with excellent rostering skills. This role holder will be required to work 3 weekdays (Wednesday, Thursday and Friday).

**How you’ll make an impact**
- Maintain files and documentation
- General typing and data entry
- Stationery ordering and petty cash management
- Ability to manage staff rostering, allocations and personnel file management
- Ensure efficient operation of the front reception area
- Assisting with visitor enquiries and conducting home tours
- Administrative support for other departments of the home

**About you**
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in an autonomous capacity
- Strong accuracy and data entry skills
- PC literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Word and Excel)
- Ability to learn internal software systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills
- Experience working within a busy and constantly changing environment
