**Sports Aid is Hiring Soccer Coaches**

Welcome to Sports Aid

We are currently hiring **Soccer Coaches** who are available on **Thursday mornings**from **(7am to 8am) and or Thursday afternoons** from **(3:30pm to 4:45pm)**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver engaging soccer training sessions
- Teach technical skills, game awareness, and tactical understanding
- Monitor player progress and provide feedback for improvement
- Support players in reaching their performance goals

**Employment Process Overview**:

- Join our rostering platform
- Receive a list of available soccer coaching opportunities
- Select shifts that align with your availability
- Receive confirmation of your allocated shifts

**Payment**:

- All coaching positions are paid
- Payments are processed fortnightly on Fridays

**Requirements**:

- Eligible to work in Australia
- Valid Victorian Working with Children Check
- Soccer coaching experience (desirable)
- Relevant coaching accreditation (desirable)
- Strong technical knowledge of the game
- Great communication and teaching skills
- Former elite players are encouraged to apply

**Job Types**: Casual, Freelance, Seasonal
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Soccer coaching: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- First Aid Certification (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
