Flower Arranger

Manage our warehouse production team in Virginia, Brisbane 4014.

**Responsibilities**:

- Receive, sort, store and prepare flowers and related supplies for distribution ensuring freshness and quality are maintained
- Submit farm orders based on projected sales volume
- Assemble and prepare orders for shipment (B2C and B2B)
- Hire and train hourly and seasonal staff
- Ensure customer expectations are met
- Maintain facility in a clean and organised manner
- Manage the efficient and effective operation of the warehouse.
- Maintain labour budgets and submit employee hours to finance
- Complete weekly, monthly and quarterly inventories
- Remain compliant with all state safety, labour and food laws
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment
- Meet order deadlines
- Maintain tools and equipment
- Other duties as needed and assigned

**Requirements**:

- Computer literacy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Previous experience in related field such as flower design, food industry, restaurant industry, warehousing or greenhouse work
- Be motivated and energetic

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
