Manager - Cafe

We are looking for an experienced manager for daytime cafe.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Experience in both kitchen and barista aspects of cafe
- Operate grills, stovetops, coffee machine, floor service
- Prepare and cook menu items from established recipes and standards
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team and front of house team
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organised environment
- Stock counts and ordering maintaining current cost of sales

- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
- Availability for a 5 day work week including weekends, with no night shifts or split shifts ensuring a healthy work-life balance

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
