See Thru is not just a window cleaning company, we also take care of gutter cleaning, pressure cleaning, carpet cleaning, pest control, anchor point installation and certification. We work at ground level, out of elevated work platforms and have rope access technicians for those that like working a little higher off the ground.

We currently service clients in NSW, QLD and SA, with views to expanding into Victoria later this year. There is approximately 20 weeks of (ALL expenses paid) away travel spaced throughout the year. Our head office is based on the Central Coast with regular works located in Sydney, Newcastle and the Hunter. Early starts are a common occurrence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Clean commercial and residential windows to the highest standard
- Safely use window cleaning tools and equipment, including ladders, water-fed poles and height safety systems
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service
- Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently
- Handle customer enquiries and requests with a friendly attitude
- Report writing

**Requirements**:

- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physically fit and comfortable working at heights
- Valid drivers license and reliable transport
- Positive attitude & excellent communication skills
- Willingness to travel on a daily basis and to work away from home (up to 20 weeks per year, however we try not to do more than a week at a time)
- Willing to undertake pre-employment medical

Successful applicants can expect long term sustainable employment with opportunities for growth. Comprehensive training and ongoing support is given.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $69,999.00 per year
