Your new boss is inspirational, determined and runs into headwinds. Working with a network of global entrepreneurs (predominantly in the USA) she is a trusted coach and mentor who holds business owners accountable for kicking goals, left, right and centre.

The Marketing Specialist position is a newly created role which will be pivotal in catapulting this business to even further heights. A collaborative community has been established over the past 10 years and there is so much potential to keep pushing boundaries, whilst also expanding the reach.

Based in Brisbane (and predominantly working from home), you'll be the right hand and trusted advisor to the business owner - who has so far single
- handedly tackled all marketing efforts herself. She is now ready to hand over the reins and engage a standalone marketing pro to set the wheels in motion.

**Time to get excited This isn't your standard marketing role. If you're strategic, disciplined and love to show off your creative flair on a daily basis you'll fit right in. There are big plans, big ideas and even bigger goals.**

There is no job description, or set daily tasks, and if you need to be told what to do, this will be your worst nightmare. HOWEVER, if you are someone who loves rolling up their sleeves, can dig deep and drive outcomes, you will be in your element.

That being said, there are key focuses which will put you on the right track for early success and see you make an impact....
- Assess current marketing efforts to optimise, plan and execute ongoing marketing strategy
- Track and analyse all key metrics across different platforms, be a data nerd and enhance sales conversions
- Social media management, run ads, create content and develop copywriting - live and breathe the unique branding and nurture the voice of the business
- Edit and optimise the website when required
- Graphic design and video editing when required (internal staff support in this area)

**What's in your marketing toolbox?**

There's no doubt that this role is all encompassing, which means you will require the skill set to deliver in a standalone role. You will be driving your own day as a pro-active, self starter. Relevant previous marketing experience is required, with the majority of your skills being ascertained from an agency environment or small business.

You'll come equipped with a vast array of marketing tools, and love to 'get down' with data. You own your work and are continually proud of the outcomes you achieve. It's not always easy, but you are adaptable and flexible to change solutions until your goal is reached.
