As the chosen Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for a diverse range of tasks, including:

- Managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable using Xero software
- Handling petty cash and staff reimbursements efficiently
- Assisting the CFO with general accounting and cashflow requirements
- Ensuring compliance by uploading necessary documents for audits
- Providing invaluable support as a Personal Assistant to the CEO, managing appointments, and handling diary management
- Organising and coordinating office events such as Friday night gatherings
- Assisting in new staff inductions and overseeing the staff leave calendar along with administrative duties.
