- ACECQA recognized Diploma of Montessori or Diploma of Early Childhood Educator + Diploma of Montessori

**About you**

You will be expected to embrace the Montessori methodology and core values when working with the children, including a willingness to undergo training and attend workshops if requested.

You will:

- Be a strong team player

- Have a strong drive to learn
- Possess the industry-standard police check, work with children check, first aid, food handling.
- Have excellent classroom management skills.
- Be eager to invest your own time into personal study with a desire to take your career to a higher level.
- Have a passion for achievement and satisfaction in teaching children during their most precious years.
- Be prepared to work shifts according to rostered hours from 7:30 am to 6:30 pm.
- Have a reliable vehicle and must be within easy commuting distance to the outer South-Eastern suburbs (maximum 40 minutes travel time).
- A Montessori background is essential
- If you have experience in another discipline such as music, dance or creative arts this would be seen as favourable.
- Trained to care for individuals with Special Needs would be beneficial, but not essential.

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 38 per week
