**Core Teacher - Early Childhood**

Reddam Early Learning School Lindfield is seeking a Core Teacher/Room Leader for a Stage 1 classroom with children aged 1 - 2 years in their state-of-the-art Early Learning School in Lindfield. Reddam ELS Lindfield is inspired by a Reggio Emilia approach to children's learning and is set on beautiful park-like grounds with natural play spaces, individual classrooms, and outdoor play spaces for each classroom.

We are seeking;
- A Diploma qualified teacher who has experience working with children aged 1-2 years and has successfully led and directly managed a team of educators
- Motivated and experienced in the area of Early Years Education
- Understanding of a Reggio Emilia inspired approach
- Excellent communication and leadership skills

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay
