**Primary Skill:

This position requires a professional who will be involved throughout the testing life cycle as a Fabrication Developer/ Synthetic Data Creator.

**Responsibilities**:

- Independently create, execute and maintain comprehensive automation scripts using HP UFT
- Support test data identification and synthetic data creation
- Develop test cases to cover requirements
- Create comprehensive test cases/scripts that are in accordance with business and technical specifications
- Perform test case reviews with Business Analysts and Development Team
- Plan and schedule test activities to ensure functional, system, integration, and technical specifications
- Create defect tickets and track issues to resolution
- Communicate test results, issues, and risks to project team members, project managers and IT management.

**Required Skills and Experience**:
**HP UFT experience must include**:

- Use of parameters instead of static text
- Data capture including dynamic data/screen capture
- Expertise in handling code logic for unexpected conditions, process flow variations and expected error conditions

6-8+ years QA experience testing web-based and/or client/server products including:

- Strong Experience with essential SQL scripting.
- Experience in HP UFT scripting and UFT customization modules (written in C#).
- Experienced in Postman API Integration
- Solid exposure to JCL is a plus.
- Excellent test planning and organizational skills.
- Experience in defect tracking.
- Familiarity with corporate/enterprise level relational databases.
- 5+ years of experience in writing test cases from requirements in HP UFT.
- Experience in SOAP/REST API’s.
- Experience with the protocols: JMS, HTTP/SOAP, HTTP/REST, FTP.
- Strong Microsoft Word and Excel knowledge.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team-oriented environment.
- Ability to work well under deadlines in a changing environment and perform multiple tasks effectively and concurrently

**Job Type**: Contract

**Salary**: Up to $101,627.55 per year
