**The opportunity**

The RACGP is in the process of implementing substantial changes to the arrangements for GP Training (PLT Transition) and their ongoing professional development. These changes will affect the end to end operating model, including funding, accountabilities, processes, roles, systems, service providers and related capabilities. To ensure that these extensive changes are successfully implemented, they need to be appropriately defined, planned and applied as professionally managed operating model transition projects.

This program will result in a large scaling up of staff across Australia and requires the IT department to expand due to the challenge of working on a significant business transformation; requiring more roles to support internal and external stakeholders of RACGP.

Responsible for the support and maintenance of the IT service management processes and procedures that support and enable the efficient delivery of IT services to all stakeholders
- **Database Administrator**

Salary range - $105,388 - $118,139 + super commensurate with experience

Planning and managing RACGP’s databases to ensure integrity, security and accessibility of data
- **Test Analyst** (multiple roles)

Salary range - $81,589 - $91,499 + super commensurate with experience

Provide testing support throughout the development lifecycle of new digital initiatives and the enhancement of existing digital and technology assets
- **Security Operations Analyst**

Salary range - $105,388 - $118,139 + super commensurate with experience

Responsible for providing security operational activities across RACGP, ensuring secure development and operational practices are in place.
- **Web Content Administrator**

Salary range - $81,589 - $91,499 + super commensurate with experience

Support the development and implementation of our web content management platforms that are an integral part of our member engagement.
- **Senior Software Developer**

Salary range - $120,689 - $134,275 + super commensurate with experience
- **Network Engineer**

Salary range - $93,481 - $103,404 + super commensurate with experience

Design, implement, administer and monitor RACGP network solutions and services to provide a highly available, stable environment to meet business requirement and service levels required
- **Reporting Specialist TMS**

Salary range - $105,388 - $118,139 + super commensurate with experience
