BridgePoint Allied Care is growing—and we’re looking for a **Dietitian** to join our multidisciplinary allied health team. We operate exclusively within established medical centres, allowing seamless communication with GPs. This role is ideal for a dietitian who is looking for autonomy, security in income while being rewarded for their performance.

As a Dietitian at BridgePoint, you’ll support patients in managing:

- Diabetes and insulin resistance
- High cholesterol, high blood pressure, and PCOS
- IBS and digestive issues
- Weight concerns and disordered eating
- Food allergies, intolerances, and more

We offer both **in-person and telehealth** delivery options, ensuring flexibility and continuity of care.

With clinics throughout Sydney, we are easily accessible to patients across the region. Our multidisciplinary approach allows us to tailor treatment plans to meet each patient's needs.

**Flexible Pay Structure - Earn What You’re Worth**

Choose a model that suits your lifestyle and goals:
**Hybrid Employment Model**
- Base hourly rate**:$30-$35/hr** for rostered shifts
- Performance bonus**:50% of billings exceeding hourly targets**:

- When fully booked, earn **$55-$65+/hr**:

- Secure a steady income with the bonus upside

**Contractor Model**
- **60% of billings** for clinical services
- **20% of product sales** (if applicable)
- Bonuses for Google reviews

**Pathway to High Earnings**

As your caseload grows, you may transition into a **revenue-only model**, earning up to **65% of your total billings**. This is ideal for experienced, self-motivated dietitian who are looking to maximise income while maintaining clinical independence.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD)** with complete Dietitians Australia registration
- Confident communicator with strong time management and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently within a medical centre environment
- A strong interest in chronic diseases, digestive health, and dietary education is highly valued.

**Pathway to High Earnings**

It’s an ideal pathway for experienced or motivated clinicians who are consistently billing $100+ per hour and want to maximise their income while enjoying clinical autonomy and ongoing support.
