The Head of Structuring & Solutions is a critical role, where your focus will be bringing together the right products and solutions to meet our clients’ needs. As a senior member of the GTRF leadership team, you will interface with colleagues in Global Banking and Commercial Banking to structure complex solutions to originate and support large and mid -size domestic corporates as well as multinational clients. You will interact with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders and lead discussions across products, geographies (regional/global) as well as externally with industry players including fintechs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supporting the growth of structured propositions in Global Trade and Receivables Finance to senior stakeholders in the Global Banking and Markets and Commercial Banking’s Corporate businesses to ensure a flow of origination and requests for proposals.
- Developing technical expertise in all Trade products such as Receivables Finance, Asset Based Lending and Supply Chain and Open Account propositions across geographies with understanding of trends and market development.
- Leading the preparation and negotiation of customer facing documents, pitch books and indicative term sheets.
- Providing the detailed financial benefit analysis and supporting information for each customer request.
- Staying abreast on key market trends and competitors’ market position on an ongoing basis.
- Supporting Structured Trade training for the sales and relationship management community.
- Establish best practises in structuring complex transactions across borders interfacing with global, regional and local colleagues.

Requirements

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge of Trade Finance structures at a global level having experience in global multinational financial departments, supply chain, pre export finance, and or commodity finance.
- Thorough understanding of Working Capital management.
- Ability to transmit knowledge to the team for potential cross sell with other Treasury and asset based lending enhancing propositions.
- Very strong financial and analytical skills with very good problem analysis proactively presenting solutions.
- Good knowledge of Receivables Finance, Asset Based Lending, Supply Chain and Open Account propositions and business models
- Proven ability to navigate and implement inside a cross functional and matrix organizational model.
- Strong independent contributor, who is comfortable working on multiple assignments, where the teams are often culturally diverse, distributed across the globe.
