Certified Behaviour Analyst

As a CBA at Aurora, you will work closely with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and monitor behaviour intervention plans. You will also provide training and support to staff, caregivers, and other professionals.
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct functional behaviour assessments and create individualized behaviour intervention plans.
- Implement Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) and Early Intervention strategies for clients.
- Monitor and track client progress, adjusting intervention plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistent and effective treatment delivery.
- Provide training and support to staff and caregivers in implementing behaviour interventions.
- Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and maintain accurate, up-to-date records.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and stay current on best practices in the field of behaviour analysis.
**Qualifications**:
- **Certification**: Must be a Certified Behaviour Analyst (CBA) through the [Certification Body, e.g., BACB].
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3 years of experience in providing Positive Behaviour Support and Early Intervention services.
- **Knowledge**: Strong understanding of evidence-based behavioural intervention strategies.
- **Skills**: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- **Passion**: A strong commitment to helping individuals and families achieve their goals.
