We are looking for dedicated experience female support workers who is compassionate, empathetic, committed to provide quality support to our client & have the heart to help people with disability.

The role involves high care support in areas of personal care tasks - Hoist transfers, exercise, PEG feeding, meal preparation & domestic tasks. In home training will be provided & fully supported by family.

This role will suit carers who would enjoy being an integral part of our client’s family life in the family home environment, working closely with dedicated family member to ensure all client support needs are met.

There are morning, afternoon, evening & active overnight shifts available.

We have Salary Sacrifice option to help our support workers to build their retirement fund and reduce tax.

**Essential Skill Requirements**:

- Demonstrated experience 6 months +, knowledge and understanding of people living with complex physical disabilities
- Manual Handling - hoist transfers prefer but not essential (will be trained to suit client’s need)
- PEG Feeding (added value but not essential)
- Proactive and quick learner
- Good listener and good communicator
- Flexible & willingness to learn and take instructions to meet changes of client’s need.
- A Can Do Attitude, able to work with initiative and also as a team member, be passionate about delivering quality services
- Managed tasks within allocated time

**Plus Mandatory**:

- Accredited Certificate in Individual Supports/Disability/Community services
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current First Aid including CPR
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module (or willing to obtain)
- Infection Control Training (or willing to obtain)
- Manual Handling Training (or willing to obtain)
- Food Safety Training (or willing to obtain)
- Proof of vaccination
- Valid Driver's Licence & Vehicle (needs to drive to client’s home)
