Barista

We are currently seeking a friendly, reliable and talented casual barista team member to join us at our Lennox Head location.
- 5am start
- 2-4 shifts / week including weekends
- $33.99/hour weekday (Age 20+)
- $44.34/hour weekend (Age 20+)

**About You**
- Relevant previous solid barista experience in a busy environment
- Produce coffee with consistent quality and speed
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisation skills

**Your Role**
- Greet customers as they enter
- Operate the console (process payments: cash and credit card)
- Help set up the store for the day’s trade
- Take orders and prepare hot and cold beverages
- Prepare and serve food: cakes, pastries, muffins, pies and breakfast offer
- Maintain a clean barista area and equipment
- Maintain a safe workspace, abide by workplace health & safety policies & procedures

Pay: $33.99 per hour
