As the Asset Performance and Optimisation Manager, you’ll report into the LHD ACPC Program Director and lead the development and evolvement of the asset management capability. Working with a team of 15 and 6 direct reports, you are a proven leader capable of sharing experience and leading the team to successful delivery.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Understand the strategic intent and direction, statutory and business requirements, and evolving customer needs.
- Lead and coordinate the development, implementation, and improvement of a robust Asset Management System in line with the ISO 55001 requirements
- Provide professional advice and technical recommendations as Subject Matter Expert to the LHD Enterprise.
- Evolve and improve the Asset Management capability and capacity within the LHD Asset Class Prime Contractor Support Contract.
- Support the Program Director in the liaison and coordination with the Commonwealth to best achieve operational requirements whilst preserving asset management program integrity.

**About you**

You have a wealth of knowledge and experience in asset management, and strive to lead a “safety-first” culture, whilst nurturing collaborative relationships with your team. You have strong communication skills and can work with all stakeholders cohesively to deliver outcomes. You have demonstrated financial management capability surrounding asset management and business unit performance as well as excellent negotiation skills.
