Founded in 1884 and one of Australia's largest privately-owned organisations, Stuart Alexander & Co imports, markets and distributes premium and much-loved products throughout Australia currently seek a dynamic sales professional to join our NSW Field Sales team.
The key focus of this role is achieving field sales objectives at store level across impulse, petrol & convenience and independent grocery channels.
Broadly, the role is responsible for:
- Achieving distribution of core lines in stores
- Gaining optimum position of all products on shelf and on display
- Exceeding monthly sales targets
- Running promotional programs including selling in promotions
- Managing local multisite operator groups within territory
We are looking for an energetic self-starter who possesses the following:
Ability to build effective and strong relationships with all stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills
- An entrepreneurial and resilient approach to negotiation
- Genuine desire to build rapport with customers
- FMCG sales experience desirable
The role will mainly service our customers in and around Metropolitan Sydney with some regional travel so flexibility to travel will be advantageous.
