At Plastic Solutions Australia (PSA), we're on a mission to provide exceptional service to the building and construction industry by offering consumable products for precast, tilt-up, and formwork markets.

We're looking for a friendly and dedicated **Operations Manager** to lead our Queensland warehouse/operations team

As the Operations Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in fostering a positive team environment while ensuring the efficient operation of our services in QLD. If you're passionate about helping others and have a knack for managing processes, we'd love to have you on board

In this hands-on role, you’ll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with your team and clients, cultivate a collaborative workplace culture, and contribute to our success in the region.

**Requirements**:

- Oversee daily operations and manage team activities to ensure smooth workflows.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for operational efficiency.
- Establish strong communication lines within the team and with clients, always keeping a friendly attitude.
- Monitor performance metrics, and motivate the team to reach their goals.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards while maintaining a fun and engaging work environment.
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the building or construction industry.
- Excellent leadership skills and a positive, approachable demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and organizational skills.
- Ability to cultivate a team spirit and drive towards common goals.
- Understanding of financial management to manage budgets effectively.
- Current LF Forklift licence
