**Position Description: Technical Recruiter**

**Purpose of the Position**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the entire recruitment process value chain and communication with clients and prospective consultants
- Headhunting using advanced search and engagement tools
- Develop structured and detailed data management processes and systems
- Provide relevant management reporting and information as required
- Understand the market and competition for recruitment
- Build and manage a database and pipeline of recruitment leads to ensure dynamic responses to client needs
- Anything else reasonably required by the Directors from time to time

**Performance Goals (KPIs)**
- Relevant targets around timeliness and effectiveness of recruitment and placement of positions
- Program and project delivery KPIs
- Management and maintenance of relevant databases
- Customer and contractor satisfaction measures
- 360-degree feedback to constantly improve the performance of the overall team
- Ensure all regular and ad-hoc reports are submitted on time

**Key Skills Required**
- Demonstrated experience in IT/ICT recruitment (Executive and/or Non-Executive Level)
- Local market knowledge
- Self-managed with the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team, with flexibility to meet work demands
- Strong work ethic coupled with a high level of initiative and self-motivation
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Great attention to detail
- An understanding of and experience in the ICT industry
- Ideally, experience in dealing with delivery organisations and a basic understanding of how to sell project services into big PMOs and complex matrix organisations
- Good planning, organisation and time management skills
- Demonstrate behaviours that uphold Concert culture and values
