An opportunity exists for an experienced and dynamic Workshop Supervisor to lead our growing team.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

As the Workshop Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in our operations, overseeing the day-to-day activities and ensuring the smooth running of our workshop. Your exceptional leadership skills and technical expertise will guide our team of skilled technicians to deliver exceptional results.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Lead and motivate a team of technicians, whilst fostering a high-performing work environment
- Coordinate workflow and allocate resources effectively to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Monitor and maintain quality control, ensuring that all work meets our stringent standards
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all staff
- Provide technical guidance and support to the team, sharing your expertise and fostering professional growth
- Collaborate with other departments to optimise processes and drive operational efficiency

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Proven experience as a Workshop Supervisor in a manufacturing facility or similar
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to inspire and motivate a team of over 25 employees
- Exceptional organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of safety regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe working environment
- Effective communication skills

**Salary**: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
