**About the Opportunity**
Are you passionate about allied health but want to further enhance your skills across multiple disciplines? Are you feeling frustrated with delivering the same treatment day to day? Do you have a desire to mentor a team of Exercise Physiologists and help oversee the clinical governance of a growing multidisiplinary team?
- Manage a diverse caseload encompassing various neurological and musculoskeletal conditions, catering to patients of all ages, from paediatrics to geriatrics.
- Collaborate with existing Exercise Physiologists and foster partnerships with other allied health disciplines to deliver comprehensive and integrated care.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and supervision to a team of Exercise Physiologists in New South Wales, Western Australia, and Victoria.
- Implement and oversee clinical governance initiatives to ensure the highest standards of patient care, quality improvement, and risk management.
- Take a lead role in designing and developing presentations and learning modules for our Learning Management System, as well as contributing to our professional development calendar.

**About You**
- Strong clinical expertise: Experience in managing a diverse caseload, including complex neurological and musculoskeletal conditions across various age groups.
- Leadership and team management: Ability to provide effective leadership, mentorship, and supervision to a team of Exercise Physiologists, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Collaboration and interdisciplinary approach: Proven ability to work collaboratively with existing Exercise Physiologists and other allied health professionals to deliver client centred care.
- Clinical governance and quality improvement: Knowledge and experience in implementing clinical governance initiatives, ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Training and education development: Ability to develop presentations, learning modules, and training materials for a Learning Management System and professional development calendar.
- Excellent communication skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively liaise with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders, and to deliver clear and concise instructions and feedback.
- Problem-solving and critical thinking: Ability to analyse complex cases, identify treatment strategies, and adapt interventions based on individual needs and evolving evidence-based practices.
- Time management and organisation: Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize tasks, manage caseloads, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced clinical environment.
- Continuous learning and professional development: Commitment to ongoing professional development, keeping up-to-date with the latest research, trends, and advancements in the field of exercise physiotherapy.
- A degree in Exercise Physiology (or equivalent)
- Current ESSA registration
- Unrestricted Australian work rights
- Current Drivers Licence

Current or willing to obtain;
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Check
- First Aid Certificate
