**About the role**:
You will be joining a dynamic team, leading the West Perth Outlet Store This role offers an exciting opportunity to use your skills and experience to develop and implement strategies that drive sales and profitability. You will have the chance to make an impact in the business, as well as build relationships with customers and colleagues alike. The position also provides a competitive salary package with great benefits.

**What you can bring**:

- Proven track record in a retail environment
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the store
- Ensure that customer service is of a high standard
- Monitor and analyse sales performance and implement strategies to increase profitability
- Oversee stock management, including ordering, receiving and replenishment of products
- Develop team by providing guidance, training and support to ensure their skills are up to date
- Maintain health & safety standards within the store environment at all times
- Flexible approach with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
