We’re currently searching for a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to join us on our journey to be the trades most valuable partner.

**About the Opportunity**

This is a great opportunity to join our finance team in Cremorne. You will lead and deliver the ANZ annual budget along with our three-year corporate plan and quarterly forecasting processes. You will also provide analytical support for operational and strategic finance and business projects. As a critical member of the FP&A Team, you’ll help to drive process improvements and will be a key facilitator in achieving the financial and strategic goals of the ANZ business.

**About you**

The position would suit someone who has had extensive experience in a similar business finance role, ideally within a large, complex organisation. We’d love to hear from you if you have:

- Demonstrated experience coordinating and collaborating with stakeholders across multiple business units to deliver budgets/forecasts to Senior Executives / Board.
- Demonstrated experience partnering with senior management and influencing stakeholders of varying levels of seniority.
- Ability to understand, utilise and improve sophisticated planning and reporting systems. Experience with Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) is advantageous.
- Advanced communication and presentation skills (verbal and written), ability to present complex data and concepts to enable decision making.
- High attention to detail and excellent organisational and planning skills, with demonstrated ability to build out and deliver structured timelines.
- Intermediate to advanced user of excel, with experience in building financial models, SQL and working with complex data sets.
- Works collaboratively with others and builds and maintains strong relationships.
- Highly motivated, energetic, flexible, curious to learn, with a can-do attitude.
- Tertiary qualifications in business, finance, commerce or related. As well as CA/CPA qualification.
