Lead a committed and high performing team in the delivery of universal and enhanced Maternal & Child Health services.
- Develop and deliver a contemporary and innovative MCH service.
- Support to the health and wellbeing of the youngest members of Manningham’s community, and their families.
- Contribute to the planning of Manningham’s future needs.

**About the Role**
**Skills and Experience**
- Strong skills and experience as a Maternal & Child Health nurse.
- Strong experience as an inspiring people leader, practising a values-based leadership.
- Strong understanding of the MCH sector and community needs in Manningham.
- Strategic thinking, with the ability to plan and deliver contemporary MCH services, and plan innovatively for the future service.
- Clear communication with excellent oral and written skills, including the ability to prepare complex and accurate reports.
- Collaboration and teamwork, with the ability to work across the organisation and the MCH sector.
